The partnership of Songs of My Neighbours consists of 4 versatile cultural and theatre organisations from Italy, Cyprus and Poland who share a common theatrical language and view the theatre as a powerful tool for social change. An institution which combines artistic and scholarly research projects that correspond to the challenges laid down by Jerzy Grotowski’s creative practice.
The Center for Culture in Lublin is one of the most active cultural institutions in the Lublin region. The wide scope of its activities includes the preparation and presentation of artistic projects, workshop work and activities in the field of education and the spreading of culture. The Center houses and collaborates closely with neTTheatre, a robust theatre group that has been in the forefront of experimental theatre in Poland and abroad.
Astragali Teatro – Eufonia, Lecce, Italy.
An innovative theatre company focusing on training and production. Creating a cultural network between Europe and the Mediterranean and fostering artistic exchange and mobility through the implementation of intercultural projects remains at the core of Astragali’s activities.
Center of Performing Arts MITOS, Lemesos, Cyprus – Project Leader
MITOS’s activities focus on theatre productions, workshops, screenings, symposia and establishing a performance platform for the arts in Cyprus. In parallel, MITOS gives emphasis to social issues of the local community and collaborates with European and international culture networks in order to support artistic mobility and exchange.
